2. Definitions

- “User” – Any person accessing or using the platform, whether as a vendor, buyer, or visitor.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register or transact on the platform.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
4. Account Registration
- Vendors and buyers must create an account to access full features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity under your account will be deemed as your own responsibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or abusive.
5. Vendor Obligations
Vendors agree to:
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and descriptions.
- Ensure that products listed are authentic, legal, and Made in Nigeria, unless otherwise stated.
- Deliver orders promptly and in good condition.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Comply with all Nigerian trade and consumer protection laws.
- Avoid listing prohibited items (weapons, fake products, illegal drugs, etc.).
We reserve the right to review, suspend, or remove any vendor or product listing that violates these terms.
6. Product Listings and Content
- Vendors are responsible for all content uploaded, including text, images, videos, and descriptions.
- Content must not be misleading, offensive, defamatory, or infringe on any copyright or trademark.
- Made in Nigeria reserves the right to edit, moderate, or remove any content deemed inappropriate.
7. Order Processing and Fulfilment
- Once a customer places an order, vendors must confirm and ship within the agreed time.
- Vendors are responsible for packaging, logistics coordination, and delivery unless otherwise arranged.
- Customers will be notified via email or SMS when their orders are confirmed, shipped, or delivered.
8. Payments and Commissions
- Payments from customers are processed through the platform’s secure payment gateway.
- Made in Nigeria may charge a commission or service fee per sale, which will be deducted before vendor payouts.
- Payouts to vendors are made according to the platform’s payout schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
- Vendors must provide valid bank details for payment processing.
9. Refunds and Returns
- Customers may be eligible for refunds or replacements in cases of defective, damaged, or misrepresented items.
- Vendors are required to comply with the platform’s Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and verified.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software on the Made in Nigeria platform are the property of the company or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform’s content without prior written permission.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent transactions.
- Post or sell counterfeit or stolen goods.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Circumvent payment processes or attempt to trade outside the platform.
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious scripts.

Made in Nigeria acts as a facilitator between vendors and buyers.
We do not own or control products listed by vendors.
We shall not be liable for:
- Product defects, damages, or losses arising from vendor actions.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misuses the platform or payment systems
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Nigerian Data Protection Regulations (NDPR).
15. Changes to Terms
